Domaine Belargus, formerly Domaine Pithon-Paillé, was purchased in 2018 by Ivan Massonnat, a businessman with a passion for wine. This Anjou estate created by Jo Pithon, a mythical Loire winemaker, covers 24 hectares conducted in biodynamics. Jo Pithon continues to contribute his experience as a consultant for Belargus. The wines of Domaine Belargus (grands crus, lieux-dits or monopoles de Loire) highlight the richness and minerality of the white Chenin grape.
