Château de Laubade was founded in 1870 and comprises 105 hectares of single vineyard. A highly respected Armagnac producer, it is located in Sorbets d’Armagnac, in the heart of the top cru of the appellation, Bas Armagnac. The Lesgourgues family has been running the estate since 1974 but many interesting figures have been part of its history. The grapes are solely coming from the Chateau’s own vineyards, and each varietal is distilled separately. The barrels made from Gascon, oak are made on site to ensure the greatest finesse.
