The beginnings of the domain date back to 1717, and over the years it has evolved constantly. Today, they are pioneers of biodynamic cultivation in the area.\r\n\r\nDomaine Leflaive Mâcon-Verzé comes from 20 hectares of vineyards located in Mâconnais. Old vines planted in calcareous clay soil and cultivated with biodynamic preparations made through composting and plant infusions. No pesticides or any other chemicals are used, and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.\r\n\r\nOnce the Domaine Leflaive Mâcon-Verzé grapes reach the winery, they are pressed gently and slowly with a pneumatic press.
