Description
In 1989, Alain Meunier and Sophie Confuron took over the domaine from Jean-Jacques Confuron and started making solid efforts at this formerly mediocre estate. They have since reduced crop yields and picked healthier and riper grapes. Now, Alain puts 50% of his wine in new oak. To quote Clive Cloates – “Jean-Jacques Confuron wines deserve to be in everyone’s cellar.”
