A great value, traditional style Amarone, made with a selection of carefully manually harvested grapes from our vineyards in Valpolicella Classica.
It’s the 2016 vintage Amarone della Valpolicella Classico from La Salette, made with a combination of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina, Oseleta and Dindarella grapes from Valpolicella Classica vineyards. It spent an impressive 30 months in oak casks before resting in bottles for a further six months in bottles, and it should cellar very well indeed. Pair with pasta dishes, or some grilled meats.
