Giancarlo Pacenti is one of the greatest young stars in the Italian wine scene. A meticulous winemaker, he turns out superb efforts year in year out. The style is extraordinarily rich, fruity and modern. He is the leader of the school of 60 gallons small barrel aging. The wines are quite different to those of the other great traditional Montalcino estate of Altesino which we also represent.
