TERROIR:
The vines come from the eastern sector of the Hermitage hill, on alluvial terraces of the Rhône at an altitude of 200m.
VINIFICATION:
Grapes picked by hand from September 27, 2016. After alcoholic fermentation in vats, the wines undergo malolactic fermentation in 275 liter Laurus oak pieces (new barrels and 1 wine - Burgundy and Île de France origin). Aging on fine lees for 15 months.
Bottled on April 27, 2018. 855 bottles, 60 magnums and 10 jeroboams produced.
TASTING NOTE:
" Notes of jasmine, acacia and warm brioche, followed by very pure and creamy aromas of white peach, yellow apple and heather. It reveals a hint of paraffin on the finish, with hints of fruit and of mixed flowers . " Wine Spectator - Nov. 2018
