Emblematic vintage of the estate, this Condrieu is made from 100% Viognier from 2 hectares of vines cultivated in terraces on granite soil and aged 40 years. The very rugged vineyard allows manual harvesting in boxes. The wine is aged on fine lees in pieces for a few months.
To the eye, the color of this white wine is pale. Its complex bouquet reveals notes of stone fruit and apricot. The palate is very mineral with a slight saline effect, flavors of apricot, vine peach and exotic fruits. The finish is long and magnificent.
To taste with baked apples or fish in sauce.
