“This is the same brandy as the 25-year-old, with 5 years extra aging in oak barrels previously used for old PX. The barrels aren’t rinsed before use, thus imparting sweetness from the PX, adding intense flavours of dried grapes, figs, dates and almonds. Thick, balanced and very complex.”
