All Red

Red wine takes its colour, its tannin and much of its structure from time on the skins. Everything downstream of that — how long the maceration ran, how warm it was, how much of the crop went in as whole bunches, what the wine was aged in — is a set of choices, not a quality ladder.

This is the full red list across every country we carry. If you already know what you are after, the country and region pages will get you there faster. If you don't, the practical route is to start from a wine you have liked and move sideways: same grape, different region, or same region, different producer.

酒質介紹 : 葡萄品種：80% Carignan 百年老藤, 20% Grenache​​​。 風土：Minervois早在羅馬時代就是優質的葡萄酒產區，面朝南部地中海的山坡，富含石灰岩，砂岩，及部分的黏土泥灰岩，擁有充足的日照，及穩定的氣候條件，即便到收穫期，夜間的溫度平均約為17度，明顯的溫差，幫助葡萄保留南法先天的葡萄成熟度之外，更保有難得的酸度。 釀造：Anne與Jean-Paul想釀造的並非單純只是南法的布根地，而是重新詮釋南法的真實面貌，結合力量與優雅，展現南法多變的風土特色與釀酒師想法的革新之舉。 南法區的珍寶就是高比例的荖藤，尤其Carignan在這幾年更成為南法區最受人矚目明星。這款Les Carrétals所使用的葡萄，全數採收自1909年時就栽種的世紀百年Carignan老藤，100%時則使用橡木桶發酵釀造。Les Carrétals是葡萄園的名稱，大小僅1.07公頃。新桶比例30%以上。​ 因此悠長的花香特質，使得這款酒彷彿是液體的紫羅蘭花，明顯的黑色水果滋味，帶有些許鹹味的礦物感，香草與甘草的香氣。濃郁的酒體，卻具有意外滑順純淨的質地。是一款象徵南法地區未來前景的代表之作。​
