酒質介紹 : 葡萄品種：30% Grenache，25% Carignan，25% Syrah，20% Cinsault​。 風土：Minervois早在羅馬時代就是優質的葡萄酒產區，面朝南部地中海的山坡，富含石灰岩，砂岩，及部分的黏土泥灰岩，擁有充足的日照，及穩定的氣候條件，即便到收穫期，夜間的溫度平均約為17度，明顯的溫差，幫助葡萄保留南法先天的葡萄成熟度之外，更保有難得的酸度。 釀造：Anne與Jean-Paul想釀造的並非單純只是南法的布根地，而是重新詮釋南法的真實面貌，結合力量與優雅，展現南法多變的風土特色與釀酒師想法的革新之舉。 這款酒式酒莊四種葡萄品種的集大成之作。各自的比例，是由栽種面積推算而來。Syrah (1.60ha，樹齢22年)；Carignan(1.45ha，樹齢50年)；Cinsault(1.20ha，樹齢50年)；Grenache(2.50ha，樹齢22年)，種植在面朝西北的葡萄園” Les Fontanilles”，四周圍繞著松樹，百里香，迷迭香等多樣的植物生態。​ 相較於單一品種釀造，這款酒則需要釀酒師豐富的經驗與具體的目標意識，才能決定各自的混合比例。在手工採收後，Syrah與Carignan採用木桶發酵，其他兩種則置於不銹鋼槽進行發酵。除了多汁的黑醋栗風味，更帶有豐富的香料氣息，因此特別適合搭配烤肉和燒烤。​ 國際評分...
