World shipping

Hong Kong local shipping
  • Delivery within 2-5 Business days
  • Minimum order for fee delivery: HK$600
    (Including Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery-Bay and Ma Wan)
  • The following areas are out of service coverage：
    – Kowloon：Temple Hill (Shatin Pass Road to Kwun Yum Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road
    – New Territories：North District (Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Tsui Est, Luk Kiu), Yuen Long District (Mai Po), Tai Po District (Lin Au & Plover Cove), Sai Kung District：Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O & Tai Miu) & Sha Tin District (Upper/Lower Wo Che, Fa Sam Hang)
    – Island areas (except Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay)

Macao
  • Delivery within 3-6 working days
  • Minimum order for fee delivery: HK$1500
  • Transportation fees for below Minimum: HK$250
  • Extra $150-$450 will apply on any orders deliver to non- residential address (Hotel/ Commercial Building etc.)
  • Tax will apply for the order contained above 30% ABV. Customer is responsible to handle with customs and provide TMG any required documents.

International Shipping
  • Minimum $400 will be service charge for the international shipping, we will contact you if extra charge applied.

Australia
  • HK to Sydney City, AustraliaCase 1:
    Red/White wine packing to our standard box (Size: 29x20x39cm)
    Count by volume size (min 5 kgs. around 3 bottles) $850;
    7kgs with 4 bottles = $1050Case 2:
    Red/White wine packing to our standard box (Size: 35x29x39cm)
    Count by volume is 8 kgs. Pack 5-6 bottles HK$1600;

We deliver Monday to Saturday 11am – 6pm.

Besides, delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. Our team will contact you to re-schedule delivery time.

Wine Storage

Normally we deliver your order within 2-5 working days. If you would like to have your delivery a bit later, you can keep the stock for us for maximum 2 weeks, or a storage fee may apply.

Delivery Breakage, Exchange and Refund

Please check all those goodies in well condition before leaving the store or logistics team had left. Return or refunds will not be accepted.
Wine or champagne over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.

Pre-Order items

For pre-order items, it takes around 8-12 weeks working days to ship to Hong Kong. We will ship out the order immediately once its arrived. No cancellation policy for any pre-order items once order confirmed.

Store Pick Up (Self-Collection)

Enjoy the flexibility of picking up your order at our Kwun Tong shop.

  • Processing Time: Please note that not all stock is kept on-site. If items need to be arranged from our temperature-controlled warehouse, it typically takes 2-4 business days.

  • Wait for Notification: Our team will contact you via WhatsApp, Phone, or Email as soon as your bottles are ready for collection. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting the store.
