This rare terroir is bathed in green sunlight, awakening the floral fragrances of wild rose, hawthorn and Lady's slipper. Its chewy texture first hits the taste buds, before gradually releasing a crystalline saliva. A respected terroir that can't be copied. A bottle to be cellared.
