Domaine Rene Lequin Colin Pommard Les Noizons 2023 (1x75cl)

Hemmed by a black eyebrow, the violet gaze of this solar terroir offers the nose a battle between the sap of its woodiness and the kirsch of its kernel. Its texture, rich in straight tannins, delivers an uppercut to the tongue, which recovers its saliva once the surprise has worn off.

Geology / Exposure: Parcels located on the eastern slopes of Pommard, above the best Premier Crus, on a thin, predominantly limestone terroir.

Method of vinification and ageing: 100% de-stemming, cold prefermentary maceration (10°C) for one week, followed by a 12-day fermentation. Aged 18 months, 100% in barrels, 33% of which are new.
