You are invited to an extraordinary evening dedicated to the pinnacle of Burgundy winemaking. On Monday, 3rd November, Cuisine Cuisine (國金軒) is honoured to host an exclusive dinner featuring a curated selection of wines from the esteemed Bouchard Père & Fils.

This is more than a dinner; it is a rare opportunity to taste two of Burgundy's most legendary Grand Cru appellations in a single evening. Our chefs have meticulously designed a seven-course Cantonese menu to pair with these vinous treasures, creating a symphony of flavour that bridges two worlds of gastronomic excellence.

Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2020

Experience the power and elegance of this iconic white Burgundy, a wine revered for its complexity and ageing potential, paired with Simmered Australian Lobster.

Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2019

Discover the depth and structure of this historic red Burgundy, a true crown jewel of the Côte de Nuits, served alongside Tea Smoked Duck Breast.

An opportunity to taste two such revered Grand Crus, alongside a selection of Premier Cru wines, is exceptionally rare.
