Quinconce Grand Cru is made only from Grand Cru classified vineyards: Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, blended 55% and 45%. It is vinified in stainless steel and oak barrels, with no malolactic fermentation on the Chardonnay, and spends seven years in the Baron-Fuenté cellars. Dosage 6 g/L, 12.5% ABV.
Tasting notes
From the house: light gold with fine, lively bubbles; floral notes, peach and apple with a slightly minty freshness; a supple, smooth palate with a salty finish. The house suggests roast chicken, lamb and barbecue. Serve at 7–8°C.
