On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs presents an elegant bouquet of white flowers, fresh citrus zest, and subtle notes of toasted brioche, indicative of its extended lees ageing. The palate is remarkably fresh and precise, with a fine, persistent mousse that carries flavours of green apple, lemon curd, and a delicate minerality.
