The estate's terroir is characterised by deep gravelly soils, typical of Pauillac, which provide excellent drainage and force the vines to root deeply, imparting complexity and minerality. The 2015 vintage benefited from a favourable growing season, marked by a warm, dry summer that ensured optimal phenolic ripeness across its classic Médocain varietal blend, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking involves traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by an élevage of 16-18 months in French oak barriques, with a judicious proportion of new wood (typically 25-30%).
