Flametree was established in Margaret River in 2007 by the Towner family and won the Jimmy Watson Trophy with its debut vintage. James Halliday Five Red Star (top 2%).
Region
Margaret River is surrounded on three sides by ocean. The maritime climate gives a long, even ripening season and makes it Australia's most consistent premium region. Chardonnay and Cabernet are its two pillars.
Variety & Style
Margaret River Chardonnay typically shows citrus and white stone fruit over crisp acidity, with oak used structurally. Embers is the entry tier, made for freshness and early drinking.
What to Expect
This is not the estate's top Chardonnay. Its job is to deliver something clean and regionally recognisable at a low price. Buy it for easy everyday drinking, not for depth.

10–12°C. Seafood, white meat, salads. Best within two years.
