Released in 2024 for The Macallan's 200th anniversary, TIME : SPACE Mastery is the second chapter of the TIME : SPACE Collection. Lead Whisky Maker Euan Kennedy built it from 14 different cask types, including European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks, American oak bourbon casks and refill casks.
The whisky sits in the collection's circular vessel, representing the circle of life. The red presentation case carries 200 origami spikes, one for each year of the distillery's bicentennial.

Tasting notes
Nose: Medjool dates, baked figs and milk chocolate, with hints of honey and tropical fruit.
Palate: sherry-soaked dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb, with ginger and cinnamon.
Finish: caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla, with dark chocolate and coffee.
