It is a champagne of assembly of wine of the year and cuvées of reserve raised in Solera. The "Solera" method consists in adding wines of the current year on wines of the previous years including the red wine from old pinots noirs for this rosé cuvée.
This is the reason why this Champagne House has named its champagne MV (multi vintage) Rosé.
This blended wine then spends 12 months in small oak barrels from the Argonne forest and 6 years on the lees in bottles.
The color is partridge-eye with a rare fineness of bubbles.
Very nice salinity in the mouth dominated by notes of red fruit and tangerine
In the nose the final is splendid mixing aromas of red berries and small distinguished bitterness pulling on the almond.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or with shellfish starters such as caviar on a bed of langoustines or lobster medallions or a crayfish bush.
