Acquired by owners of Chateau Montrose - the Bouygues family, Domaine Henri Rebourseau can trace its history back to 1778. It is the family belief that “earth is entrusted to humankind; every one of us holds its future in our hands.” The Domaine employs only traditional cultivation methods, combining 100% organic winegrowing with biodynamic practices. They preserve the expression of each terroir through the long aging of its wines. This exceptional heritage has been safeguarded and passed down through eight generations of the same family.
Domaine Henri Rebourseau is a special wine producer in Gevrey Chambertin - most of their wines have been aged in their cellar for at least 10 to 15 years before release.
