Louis Latour Chablis La Chanfleure 2025 is a 100% Chardonnay from the Chablis appellation, made by Maison Louis Latour, the Beaune house founded in 1797.
The vines average 30 years old and grow on Portlandian and Kimmeridgian limestone. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, goes through full malolactic fermentation, and is aged for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel, with no oak.
Louis Latour describes the 2025 as bright and clear with green tints, with subtle floral aromas and a touch of citrus. The palate shows lemon and grapefruit and finishes crisp and mineral, typical of the appellation.
Serve at 10–12°C with shellfish, seafood or charcuterie. Best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years.
