Maison Ruinart's signature Blanc de Blancs is crafted entirely from Chardonnay, drawn predominantly from Premier Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit and bright natural acidity, followed by full malolactic conversion. The addition of reserve wines provides structural balance and consistency to this benchmark non-vintage cuvée.

Non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne typically opens with notes of lemon zest, white peach, and jasmine. On the palate, expect a taut, chalky mineral core underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and subtle brioche richness from autolytic lees maturation.
