In 2001, Thibault Liger-Belair took over the family Domaine and since then he is fully involved in the production of wines and quickly became a reference in Burgundy. The 9 hectares of the Domaine are cultivated organically fom the start and are now fully biodynamic since 2005 and are distributed over 5 villages and produces 8 appellations. 50% new wood is the general ratio for the domain. É levage lasts for 14 - 18 months without racking and the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. Thibault was one of the first wave vignerons to bring back horses into vineyards for plowing.
