Traditionally made — barrel fermented and aged on lees. The style favours texture and structure: citrus and white stone fruit beneath a layer of nuts and creaminess, with oak present but not dominant.
What to Expect
This is neither the very lean, flinty modern style nor the old butter-and-oak school. It sits between the two, and with four years in bottle the texture has begun to knit together.
