- Quinconce Blanc de Blancs – 100% Chardonnay from the house's best parcels, seven years in the cellars, dosage 7 g/L.
- Quinconce Grand Cru – 55% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and 45% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, all Grand Cru vineyards, seven years in the cellars, dosage 6 g/L.
- Premium 7 (Cuvée 7) – 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, seven years on slats, dosage 3 g/L, in the house's drawstring pouch.
