The Barons de Rothschild Brut NV represents a unique collaboration between the three branches of the esteemed Rothschild family, uniting their collective pursuit of excellence in the heart of Champagne. This non-vintage cuvée is meticulously crafted from a blend predominantly featuring Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across the region.

A significant proportion of reserve wines, aged for extended periods, contributes to the blend's complexity and consistency. Following secondary fermentation, the wine undergoes a minimum of three years of maturation on its lees in the house's cellars, imparting depth and a refined autolytic character. The judiciously low dosage ensures the purity of the fruit and the expression of its terroir are preserved. Presented in a 150cl magnum, this format is renowned for its optimal ageing potential and impressive presence.
