Buccia Nera CONFONDO BIANCO (1x75cl)
Buccia Nera CONFONDO BIANCO (1x75cl)
Buccia Nera, an organic estate situated in the hills of Arezzo in eastern Tuscany, crafts Confondo Bianco using the ancestral method (méthode ancestrale). Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and bottled unfiltered on its primary lees, this sparkling Tuscan white represents a rustic yet precise expression of minimal-intervention winemaking. The absence of disgorgement preserves natural turbidity, contributing textural volume and textural tension to the indigenous Tuscan varieties.
Tasting notes
Pours a lightly hazy straw-yellow with a delicate, fleeting effervescence. The nose opens with rustic aromas of green apple skin, lemon zest, white peach, and sourdough lees, underscored by a dry, salty minerality. On the palate, vibrant acidity drives light citrus fruit and savory yeast notes toward a crisp, bone-dry finish.
