Sourced from organically farmed Sangiovese vines planted in clay-limestone soils, this petillant naturel undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts before finishing in bottle, remaining deliberately unfiltered with its native lees.

The omission of disgorgement retains structural vitality, producing a sparkling rosato defined by high natural acidity, low sulfur intervention, and fine phenolic texture that honors raw Tuscan terroir.

Tasting notes
