Complemented by a selection of oak-aged reserve wines, typically 10% of the blend, it draws primarily from Louis Roederer's own Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs. The blend typically comprises a balanced proportion of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with partial malolactic fermentation and extended ageing on lees contributing to its textural richness and aromatic depth.
