Champagne Delamotte, established in 1760, stands as one of the five oldest Champagne houses. Situated in the esteemed Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs, it operates as the sister house to the legendary Champagne Salon. This unique relationship grants Delamotte access to exceptional Grand Cru fruit, primarily Chardonnay, alongside carefully selected Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from premier sites.

The Brut NV cuvée embodies the house's commitment to elegance and precision. It is typically composed of 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier, sourced predominantly from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes extended ageing on its lees for approximately 30 to 36 months, contributing to its complexity and fine autolytic character. This meticulous approach yields a Champagne renowned for its consistent quality and refined expression of its terroir.

The Delamotte Brut NV presents a luminous pale gold hue with a persistent, fine mousse. The aromatic profile is expressive, revealing notes of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, underpinned by subtle brioche and almond nuances from its extended lees ageing.
