Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon selected parcels with rigorous precision, capturing the solar intensity of the vintage while maintaining the maison’s signature linear tension and reductive purity.

Aged extensively on its lees in the Épernay cellars, Dom Pérignon 2015 balances rich, roasted aromatics with a distinct tactile texture and precise chalky acidity. A compelling vintage expression that promises significant cellar longevity and evolution over the next two decades.

Tasting notes

Opens with aromas of toasted brioche, dried citrus peel, roasted hazelnut, and cocoa nib, underpinned by subtle smoky reductive notes. The palate is ample and tactile, offering layered flavours of yellow peach, candied ginger, and crushed chalk. A firm, structured finish reveals fine phenolic grip and persistent minerality.
