Emiliana Novas Pinot Noir 2021 (1x75cl)

The Emiliana Novas Pinot Noir 2021 exemplifies the producer's pioneering commitment to organic viticulture in Chile. Sourced from carefully selected cool-climate vineyards, likely within regions such as Casablanca or San Antonio Valley, this wine showcases the potential of Pinot Noir in a terroir often celebrated for its maritime influence and diurnal temperature shifts.

Emiliana's Novas range is dedicated to crafting wines that express varietal purity and regional character through sustainable practices. For this Pinot Noir, winemaking typically involves gentle handling to preserve the delicate aromatics and structure inherent to the grape. Fermentation in stainless steel, often followed by a period of maturation in neutral oak or concrete, aims to enhance complexity without overshadowing the vibrant fruit profile. The 2021 vintage reflects a balanced growing season, yielding a wine of freshness and refined elegance, characteristic of a well-executed cool-climate Pinot Noir.
