Glendalough Distillery, nestled in Ireland's ancient Wicklow Mountains, presents its distinctive Rose Gin. This expression is a testament to the distillery's commitment to capturing the essence of its natural surroundings, utilising a unique blend of wild-foraged botanicals alongside a meticulous selection of rose varieties. The production process involves a slow, vapour-infusion method, allowing the delicate aromatics of the botanicals to be gently extracted. Three distinct types of rose – wild rose, heritage rose, and highly prized Damask rose – are employed, each contributing nuanced floral dimensions.
