Domaine Grand was founded in 1692 and today is in the capable hands of Nathalie and Emmanuel Grand, who have been behind the move towards organics. Their wines are towards the richer and more oxidative end of the scale – broad and rich, yet always controlled, plus a superb fizz and an excellent red. They make 19 wines in total from 9.5 hectares and are considered to be one of the most exciting up-and-coming Jura estates. Very attractive elegant fizz, with lemon sherbet, white peach, nougat and baking spices. Crisp and refined.
