LABEL NOIR is HEAVENSAKE’s limited series: one black bottle design, with a different Japanese brewery partner for each edition — so every release is a sake in its own right. This edition is made with the Tatenokawa brewery.

THE BREWERY — TATENOKAWA 楯野川
Tatenokawa is based in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. Founded in 1832 and now in its sixth generation, the brewery moved its entire production to junmai daiginjo in 2010 — every bottle it makes is at the highest grade, with no exceptions.
