Hendrick's Gin stands as a testament to innovative distillation, originating from the Girvan distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland. This distinctive spirit is crafted using a unique marriage of two disparate stills: the antique Bennett copper pot still, which yields a robust, oily spirit, and the rare Carter-Head still, which produces a lighter, more aromatic distillate through vapour infusion. This dual-still approach provides a complex foundation, further enhanced by the post-distillation infusion of Bulgarian Rosa Damascena and select cucumbers, a signature botanical choice that defines its singular character.
