Described as a “big vibe, big energy, big wine,” this Shiraz showcases dark fruit, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, and undergrowth. Bennie notes its “pulverised granite grip of tannins” and an “epic array of woody spice,” culminating in a harmonious and classic expression of the variety. 

Love highlights a “demure expression” with dark blue fruit tones and subtle vanillin oak, matured over 20 months in 10% new French and 5% new American barrels. The palate is lively, with fresh acidity, balanced tannins, and spot-on fruit energy. 

Gargett describes the wine as having aromas of roast meat, chocolate, plums, blackcurrants, spices, florals, and a hint of orange rind. He praises its impressive oak integration, balance, and a fine line of acidity, recommending enjoyment over the next six to ten years.
