Tasting notes

Driven by aromas of lemongrass, fresh lime zest, and crushed tomato leaf alongside a distinct flinty minerality. The palate is linear and taut, delivering intense grapefruit and green apple flavours framed by a piercing, electric acidity that persists onto a clean, slatey finish.
