Domaine Lesuffleur — Normandy Cider

Grower cider from the Pays d'Auge, Normandy — grown, pressed and bottled by one family across three generations. Single orchards, wild yeasts and the slow keeving method, with fermentation finished in the bottle by the ancestral method and 24 months to over four years on the fine lees before disgorgement. The same house whose cider, its own back label records, was poured for Queen Elizabeth II at Orbec in May 1967.
