« Missùs » is a Latin verb — a nod to the sharp cider apples growers in the region traditionally rejected. Domaine Lesuffleur builds an entire cuvée from them: 100% acidic and sharp apples from the family's two orchards in La Folletière-Abenon and Friardel.
The result is the brightest, most electric bottle in the range — all citrus tension and salinity, with the keeving method leaving just enough natural sweetness to balance the acid line. Bottled April 2021 and disgorged July 2025: over four years on the lees.
