Slightly cooler aromas include those of smoke, cool pear and apple along with a hint of wet stone. Here too there is a lovely texture to the caressing medium-bodied flavors that firm up on the bitter lemon, bone-dry and markedly austere finale. This too definitely needs time as I suspect that it will be too austere young for most tastes. Drink from 2027+. Tasted: Jun 10, 2022
