Domaine Jean Collet et Fils, Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux 2022 (1x75cl)

Currently still in barrel after vinification in tank. Clear mid lemon yellow. This has some precision despite carrying the usual weight of this vineyard where the flesh builds on the palate like the right bank. Lovely generous fruit yet with tension. Very good this year. Drink from 2027-2033. Tasting Date : July 2023
