Markus Molitor Pinot Blanc Haus Klosterberg Dry 2020 (1x75cl)

This Pinot Blanc is pure, fresh and aromatic in the nose. Finesse and purity predominate. Medium to full body. Perfectly balanced with plenty of fruit, slate and elegance. The grapes are harvested in October. 100% healthy grapes are gently crushed and soaked in the grape skins for a few hours. The must then spontaneously fermented in large wooden barrels. The wine further ripens in stainless steel tanks.
