Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin 日本季之美京都乾式琴酒產地:日本容量:700ml 酒精濃度:45.7% 2015年，一番公司開始籌備日本琴酒計劃，希望將日式風味透過琴酒展現於眾人面前；取材以京都為中心發想，選擇此處是認為：只要能取得嚴格挑嘴且擁有千年手工技藝的京都人認同，必定能順利讓世界也能接受。 2016年十月中發表的「季之美」琴酒，以米作為中性烈酒的原料，將材料區分為：基調（杜松子、鳶尾根、檜木片）、柑橘（柚子、檸檬）、茶（玉露綠茶）、草本（山椒及山椒芽葉）、辛香（薑）、花香（紅紫蘇、山竹）等六類個別蒸餾處理，調和後再以純淨出名的伏見水稀釋至45.7﹪ABV；伏見的水質優異，從室町時代開始，就致使當地釀製清酒事業興盛。更與日本擁有四百年歷史的唐紙品牌雲母唐長跨界合作，將其設計圖紋以銅色融入黑色瓶身。京都蒸餾廠是全日本首間琴酒蒸餾廠，更是目前京都唯一取得烈酒認證的酒廠。「季之美」意思為「四季之美」，將日本傳統美學與琴酒工藝結合，無論是蒸餾、調、乃至於裝瓶，全部百分之百京都製作。...
