Wines for Seafood

Wines that love the sea: crisp, mineral whites in the Chablis, Albariño and Muscadet mould, Champagne and sparkling for oysters and fried dishes, sake for sashimi and shellfish, and bone-dry rosé. For richer fish — grilled turbot, tuna, eel — we slip in a few light, silky reds like Pinot Noir and Beaujolais. Everything here is in our warehouse right now, ready to go.

配海鮮嘅酒，重點係清爽同礦物感：Chablis、Albariño、Muscadet 呢類白酒，生蠔炸物就開香檳氣泡，刺身貝類配清酒，仲有乾身粉紅酒。食油脂多啲嘅魚——燒多寶魚、吞拿魚、鰻魚——就揀啲輕身嘅紅酒，好似 Pinot Noir 同 Beaujolais。呢度每一支都係倉入面有現貨，即買即送。
