來自法國諾曼第 Normandy 奧格地區 Pays d'Auge 的自種蘋果酒莊——由同一個家族橫跨三代,親自種植、榨汁及裝瓶。單一果園,採用野生酵母及緩慢的 keeving 沉降法,以傳統古法在瓶中完成發酵,並在幼細酒渣上陳放 24 個月至超過四年,才會除渣。據酒莊自家背標記載,這款酒曾於 1967 年 5 月在 Orbec 為英女皇伊利沙伯二世 Queen Elizabeth II 斟酒。
