Maison Charles de Cazanove was founded in Avize in 1811 and has been owned by the Rapeneau family, in Champagne since 1901, from its base in the old quarter of Reims.
The Brut is the house's non-vintage blend, drawn across several years rather than expressing a single harvest. It is the wine that sets the house style, and the one to open without deciding anything.
