Maison Charles de Cazanove was founded in Avize in 1811 and has been owned by the Rapeneau family, in Champagne since 1901, from its base in the old quarter of Reims.
Stradivarius is the house's prestige cuvée. This is the 2009, released well after the harvest and presented in its own gift box.
Where the non-vintage Brut shows the house blend across years and the Tradition Millésime shows a single declared year, the Stradivarius sits at the top of the range.
